About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my B.A. in Psychology (2006), M.Ed. in Community Counseling (2010), and Ph.D. in Counseling and Human Development (2019) from Kent State University. Since becoming licensed in 2010, I've worked in  private practice, university counseling, and hospital settings. 

I specialize in supporting individuals through transitions, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and trauma. With a deep passion for personal growth and healing, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to each client I work with. 

I’m dedicated to helping you find your path to healing and growth, with  insight, humor, and expertise to guide you every step of the way.

My Approach

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, where the heart, mind, body and soul are all embraced. My approach is centered on understanding your unique perspective, and work alongside you as a “fellow traveler,” offering empathy and support to uncover insights, gain clarity, and identify actionable steps to create meaningful change.

My therapy style is personable and engaging, offering genuine support while also encouraging growth and transformation.
